At Empowered Movement, we provide a way to learn more about your body without even having to step foot into a medical office. We help empower you to take action in managing your symptoms!
Our team, the Stretchy Squad, believes you have everything you need inside of you. With a little education and guidance, you can manage your own health conditions!
Whether you have a hypermobility diagnosis (Hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome, Hypermobile spectrum disorders, etc.), are self-diagnosed, or suspecting you have it, we’re here to support you!
Hypermobility is so much more than just being flexible. Although this is often glorified in society, it can lead to joint instability, pain, frequent injury, and feeling like you can’t trust your own body. When connective tissue is involved, this can also affect other body systems. This may look like dysautonomia, allergies, tummy troubles, and other weird medical things that run in your family. Hypermobility is genetic, so your family quirks could have a medical explanation.
We can’t heal a connective tissue disorder, but we absolutely can manage it through movement & education. Our team specializes in helping you tie the pieces together of your mystery symptoms. We come alongside you, and together, we build a plan to help you feel confident in movement again, so you can know exactly what to do when a flare does occur.

Build Stability
My workout programs start with foundational stability training. We use this to see how your body responds to movement. This will also help to reduce injury as we progress your exercises each week.
Build Strength
Progressive overload is where we do mild increases in repetition, weights, or frequency of movement. This is done in small increments in order to reduce injury but allow for the body to make good change.
Move with Confidence
The stronger you get with these movement patterns, the more comfortable you will be with daily life. Let’s get you moving furniture, lifting up children, carrying groceries, and fully participating in your life without restrictions.
Move with Me Maintenance Membership
In this membership, you can learn how Jenna structures her personal workouts + the reality of ever changing intensity due to flares.
Our main goal is to keep moving together, even in the midst of set backs.
We can do this with:
Guided workouts for full body stability + cardio
Group support and accountability with other hypermobile buddies
Discounted programs for when flares do occur
Created and support from a hypermobile doctor of physical therapy who gets it
Workouts can all be completed with basic gym equipment (bands + selection of weights). I’ll mostly be doing my workouts at home, but they can be done at a gym depending on equipment access.
This will be a recurring monthly membership for only $25/month . Join us one month or stay with us the whole year. It’s up to you!
